USES
Use this spice as a dry rub over beef, chicken, seafood and vegetables, to achieve the true taste of China's Szechuan (Sichuan) Basin villages. Use it also as a marinade (1 tablespoon of this spice with 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix into a paste). Spread the paste over whatever you wish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours then cook as you choose.
Spices are as follows: -
MILD / REGULAR = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
