Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue. 
 
USES
A delightful Caribbean hot spice which enhances the flavour of all meat types.  Used most famously for the bbq's kebabs of chicken, beef, lamb, fish etc.  It's unique heat makes it a perfect partner for drinks nights and the snacks that go along with them. The meat can be marinated (2 tsp of spice mixed with a little oilive oil) for 2-3 hours in the fridge before the bbq or just as a spice rub, approx 1 hour prior to cooking it.  This spice can also be used in soups, stews and most other meat, poultry and seafood dishes.  Excellent with vegetables.  Hot Spice - Level 4

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
