Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue. 
 
USES
Use as a dry rub over any fish, prawns, lobster, crab.  Mix a paste from combining this spice with oil and brush over the fish and other seafood and marinade in the fridge for 2-4 hours before cooking it your favourite way.  A little goes a long way.  Available in regular and hot.
 
Spices are as follows: - 
MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

For all other locations, delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order  as follows:
Up to 400g          $10.95
500g to 1kg         $ 14.95
